Quotes

Our quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Payment

Invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date.

Late payment

In the event of late payment, statutory interest is due by operation of law and without notice of default, plus fixed compensation of 10% of the outstanding amount, with a minimum of € 50.

Liability

Our liability is in all cases limited to the invoice amount of the relevant assignment.

Warranty

The warranty is provided in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions.

Disputes

In the event of a dispute, only the courts of the Antwerp district have jurisdiction.

Applicable law

Belgian law applies to all our agreements.
